Hey There, I just loved your flower and I’m doing this along with you and trying it for the first time also. I keep getting a message of “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”?
I’ll try more tomorrow when I have more time….
You are a brave soul to try this yourself. As you could see by my comments, Katie sets me up, to spice up my life, and does all the work. Then all I have to do is remember (the operative word here) how to do it.
Enjoyed your comment about the banana bread. I used to bake banana cakes when I was a ‘teenager. That was before anything chocolate became my prime interest in baking.
Congratulations on your blog. It is the first one I have ever visited and it is very nice.
Wow! Well, hi there. This is Katie’s friend Caryn (Lou’s daughter). I found you totally by accident, trying to remember Katie’s new blog address off the top of my head, and when I landed here instead I just had to say hello. I’m so jealous of the chili you got to have for dinner. Assuming it’s the same recipe I know and love, of course. And that jay is gigantic! A great shot of it.
My comments will be mixed up and on opposite pages because I’m still trying to become accustomed to using a ‘blog.
There is another butterfly amaryllis bloom coming. The Stellers Jay is not only gorgeous, but feisty as well. He gives us three short trills to announce his presence and, of course, demands to be fed. John has really been spoiling the wildlife in this area.

I’ll be posting whenever anything interesting or exciting happens.

Looking good, mom. I liked the banana bread better than the seed bread.
Hope you have fun with your new ‘blog!
